The experience

Welcome to Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, a land that embraces its rich history and tradition through a unique fall culinary experience. Our Taste Itinerary is specially designed for tourists whose family history is rooted in these fascinating lands.

Your Journey in Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol

The journey in Trentino-Alto Adige begins with the discovery of the fall fruits that adorn the local markets and farms of the region. Taste apples, blueberries and pears grown with passion and dedication passed down from generation to generation. These fruits in some way tell the story of the families who have cultivated them for centuries.

Continue your journey through the vineyards that unfold on the hills, where South Tyrolean wine blends with the breathtaking landscape. Visit historic wineries and taste local varieties, immersing yourself in the wine traditions that have characterized this region for centuries.

Our itinerary in Trentino-Alto Adige will also lead you to discover the gastronomic treasures of the alpine pastures. Taste local cheeses, masterfully made by shepherds who preserve ancient techniques handed down from generation to generation. The intense flavors of cheeses like Speck and Puzzone di Moena will make you feel at home, with a deep connection to the roots of this land.

Don’t miss a stop at a traditional inns, where South Tyrolean cuisine will surprise you with dishes that combine authentic flavors and fresh seasonal ingredients. From soups to meat dishes, every bite will make you feel an integral part of this unique culinary culture.

To complete your autumn taste journey, explore the markets that animate the historic squares of the cities. Here you will find artisan products, local honey, traditional sweets and much more, all enriched by the warm welcome of the locals.
